EarthCo will refund or replace items that are damaged in transit to the customer, or are proven faulty or damaged. Returns and refunds will be promptly processed once your request is received. EarthCo will credit the amount paid for the returned product to the credit card or PayPal account used, typically within 5 business days. However, costs of shipping and handling related to the original purchase are non-refundable. EarthCo does not control when a specific credit card company or PayPal processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company or PayPal if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.

EarthCo is not responsible for items lost in the post by Australia Post. We will also not provide a refund for a request that is received by EarthCo more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment. Refunds are also not provided for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. EarthCo will not refund any discounted, clearance or sales products or items or free gifts or samples.
